401 (k) Savings & Retirement Plan
To assist team members in planning for retirement, team members can contribute up to 50% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. The company matches 50 cents on every dollar a team member contributes up to a maximum of 6% of salary. Team members who are full-time and at least 18 years of age are eligible immediately to participate in the company's 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan.
Time off - VIP (Vacation, Illness, Personal)
We offer flexibility to meet team members' varying time-off needs. Both full-time and part-time team members are eligible for VIP time. VIP accrues based upon hours worked. Hourly non-exempt team members may begin using VIP after 90 days of employment. Salaried exempt team members can us their VIP time as it accrues.
Team members are eligible immediately for six designated holidays and three floating holidays (prorated based upon hire date) to use at their discretion. Part time team members required to work on a designated holiday will also receive holiday pay.

Regular full-time team members are eligible after 6 months of full-time employment. Our tuition reimbursement program provides team members the opportunity to receive reimbursement for a portion of their educational costs.
